Dispute settlement
The mobile game platform operated by Orange Game Co., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Orange Game) is a special reminder to users that before registering and entering the mobile game, they should read carefully the various parts of this Dispute Handling and User Use Agreement (minors should be accompanied by their legal guardians). Provisions to ensure that you enjoy the mobile game services while maintaining their legitimate rights and interests:
Dispute resolution among users
1. Orange Game is only the operator of this mobile game. If disputes arise among users of this mobile game and can not be reached by consensus, it can seek solutions from relevant state administrative organs or judicial organs, including but not limited to reporting cases to public security organs, applying for arbitration or bringing lawsuits to people's courts. Orange Game will provide necessary assistance and support to real-name registered users, and bear certain burden of proof or take necessary measures according to the requirements of relevant administrative and judicial organs.
2. In case of disputes between users of this mobile game, they may also complain to customer service personnel of Orange Game and give evidence. Users are required to provide valid personal identification documents, necessary state administrative or judicial archives and other relevant evidence required by the interaction between China and Botswana in accordance with their account registration information. After verification, necessary assistance and support may be provided.
Dispute resolution between users and Orange Game
1. If the user of this mobile game has any objection to the orange game service, he can complain to the customer service personnel of orange game and give evidence. If it is verified, orange game will be corrected immediately and the necessary compensation will be given to users in accordance with the current law.
2. If the users of this mobile game have any objection to the Orange Game service, they may also file a lawsuit with the people's court of the place where the orange game company is located as agreed by the two parties (see the User Use Agreement).
